2017 WWE SummerSlam

WWE Universal Championship (Fatal 4 Way Match)
Brock Lesnar (C) vs Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe vs Braun Strowman
>bye bye Brock, see ya Heyman...no matter what we finally have a Universal Champion around week after week on Raw. So lets go with Samoa Joe to win this so Reigns can chase him for awhile.

WWE World Championship
Jinder Mahal (C) vs Shinsuke Nakamura
>well after the third failed cash-in in history by Corbin Tuesday night on SmackDown at least these two won't have to worry about that. I really would love to see Nakamura as WWE Champion but I believe Mahal's reign continues.

Raw Women's Championship
Alexa Bliss (C) vs Sasha Banks
>these two bitter rivals have a very real hatred for each other and I expect Banks to become a 4 time Raw Women's Champ here, but what I can't see is the somewhat expected Bayley "heel" turn. I would more think Banks turns on her after winning when Bayley comes out to congratulate her.

SmackDown Women's Championship
Naomi (C) vs Natalya
>while Natalya really deserves a run with the Women's title I don't see it happening here, and while a cash-in will be teased by Carmella, Naomi defends and keep the gold.

Raw Tag-Team Championship
Cesaro & Sheamus (C) vs Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins
>now that 2/3rds of The Shield is back together with Ambrose and Rollins they will likely start to "take control" of Raw by winning the tag titles here, so expect that to happen.

SmackDown Tag-Team Championship
Big E, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods (New Day) vs Jimmy & Jey (The Usos)
>the now three time champs are not real likely to be taken down so soon, so the New Day will rock and keep the tag titles for now.

United States Championship (Special Referee: Shane McMahon)
AJ Styles (C) vs Kevin Owens
>well so far AJ is up 2 to 1 over Owens in this "series" but I don't expect any rematches after this one as Styles defends.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship (pre-show)
Akira Tozawa (C) vs Neville
>well after the title shockingly changed hands Monday on Raw I didn't expect the rematch so soon. As usual this is part of the kick-off and while a short reign is unusual I expect the King of the Cruiserweights to reascend his thrown as champion.

Finn Balor vs Bray Wyatt
>it's really hard to peg this one but hopefully Finn gets his "demon" on and start winning regularly so he can get into the title picture again.

(Enzo Amore will hung in the "shark" cage)
Big Show vs Big Cass
>no matter what Cass needs this win way more so than Show, whose career is on the wind down. I'd expect that this will be a "big" win for the New Yorker in Brooklyn.

Rusev vs Randy Orton
>despite the forced nature of this contest I'd expect it's time for Orton to start winning again, and take this one with one RKO.

John Cena vs Baron Corbin
>hopefully Cena is still in the mood to give back and put more guys over because he really should here since Corbin might be turned loose after failing in his cash-in. Another loss here will set him over the edge.

6-Man Tag (pre-show)
Jason Jordan & Matt & Jeff (Hardy Boyz) vs I/C Champ The Miz w/ Maryse & Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel (Miztourage)
>honestly I don't care that this match was added and to the pre-show even, just so long as The Miz and his Miztourage win this one.
