Andrade "Cien" Almas (C) w/ Z. Vega vs Johnny Gargano
>as much as I really would like to see Gargano claim the NXT title after a mostly disappointing 2017 but I expect that a former partner will return to end that accomplishment so that Almas will wind up retaining here.
NXT Tag-Team Championship
Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly (Undisputed ERA) (C) vs Akem & Rezar (Authors of Pain) w/ Paul Ellering
>AoP is going to take out some frustrations on Fish & O'Reilly but I expect the Undisputed ERA will keep the titles here by any means necessary.
NXT Women's Championship
Ember Moon (C) vs Shayna Baszler
>the bullying by Baszler has goaded Moon into requesting a match that became a title match at Shayna's request. I really hope they don't switch the title so soon after Moon finally winning it and with Baszler basically still being "green" to the wrestling word.
Extreme Rules Match
Aleister Black vs Adam Cole (Undisputed ERA)
>this match seems like it should be reserved for main roster feuds but expect that both men will go all out to win. Since both have been pinned on tv, I would say Black needs this more if he hopes to contend for the NXT Championship.
Kassius Ohno vs Velveteen Dream
>this an interesting addition to the card as both men could certainly use a victory to continue moving forward on NXT. I think the Dream needs it more so go with him here in this one.
